In addition to having the technical qualifications, authorized distributors can also set up and understand the process by which equipment is ordered through Medical Equipment Export. Setting up and using Letters of Credit, etc. all takes time and dealing with specific "repeat customers" tends to streamline the process while simultaneously providing the end user with local support that might not otherwise be available.
